Proverbs 30:18-20 NASB There are three things which are too wonderful for me, Four which I do not understand:
The way of an eagle in the sky, The way of a serpent on a rock, The way of a ship in the middle of the sea, And the way of a man with a maid.
This is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth, And says, "I have done no wrong."
Psalm 139:1-6 NASB O LORD, You have searched me and known me.
You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar.
You scrutinize my path and my lying down, And are intimately acquainted with all my ways.
Even before there is a word on my tongue, Beheld, O LORD, You know it all.
You have enclosed me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is too high, I cannot attain to it.
Proverbs 30:15-16 NASB The leech has two daughters, "Give," "Give." There are three things that will not be satisfied, Four that will not say, "Enough";
Sheol, and the barren womb, Earth that is never satisfied with water, And fire that never says, "Enough."
Deuteronomy 28:49-50 NASB "The LORD will bring a nation against you from afar, from the end of the earth, as the eagle swoops down, a nation whose language you shall not understand,
a nation of fierce countenance who will not have no respect for the old, nor show favor to the young.
Jeremiah 49:22 NASB Behold, He will mount up and swoop like an eagle and spread out His wings against Bozrah; and the hearts of the mighty men of Edom in that day will be like the heart of a woman in labor.
