Heavenly Father, This Thankful Thursday morning, we come before You with grateful hearts. No matter what this week has brought—trials, tears, warfare, misunderstandings, disappointments, or delays—we are still standing. And still we rise.
Your Word declares in Psalm 124:1-2, “If it had not been the Lord who was on our side…” Lord, if You had not been with us this week, we don’t know where we would be. But because You were with us, what tried to break us did not destroy us. What tried to stop us could not block Your purpose. What tried to bury us only planted us.
Father, thank You that just like Joseph, what the enemy meant for evil, You turned it for good (Genesis 50:20). Thank You that even when we were misunderstood, overlooked, or attacked, You were orchestrating something greater. We may have been pressed—but not crushed. Perplexed—but not in despair. Struck down—but not destroyed (2 Corinthians 4:8-9).
Lord, this week may have tested our faith, but it also revealed Your faithfulness.
When we felt weak, You were our strength.
When doors closed, You became the Door.
When enemies whispered, You spoke louder promises.
Your Word says in Micah 7:8, “Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise.” And today we declare—we have arisen. Not by our own power, but by Your Spirit.
Father, we thank You for sustaining grace.
We thank You for unseen protection.
We thank You for answered prayers we haven’t even recognized yet.
We thank You that this week did not defeat us—it developed us.
As this Thursday begins, we step into it with confidence. For we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us (Romans 8:37). We will not complain—we will praise. We will not quit—we will trust. We will not retreat—we will rise.
Strengthen every weary heart this morning. Restore joy where stress tried to settle. Renew minds where doubt tried to grow. Let this day overflow with divine favor, supernatural peace, and undeniable breakthrough.
And Father, we seal this prayer with gratitude. Because if You brought us through Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—you will carry us through Thursday and beyond.
We rise in faith.
We rise in gratitude.
We rise in victory.
