When God allows pain in our lives, He gives us the strength to endure it.
Job is a perfect example. God allowed pain in his life when the acusser sought permission to bombard Job with painful occurrences.
Job loses all his children, his servants, and his property. He is then afflicted with painful, itchy sores from head to toe. But in all, God also blessed him with the strength to endure them all.
God has said that His grace is sufficient for us.
“And he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest on me.” 2 Cor 12:9
And do not forget, He is always with you in times of trouble.
“Fear you not; for I am with you: be not dismayed; for I am your God: I will strengthen you; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were incensed against you shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with you shall perish.”
Isa 41:10-11
Only trust in Him.
