[ So I feel like this is a huge testimony to share. ]

Yesterday I had it really rough and I work at a job where I've got 13-14 hour shifts daily. Yesterday I've been praying a lot and all of my prayers have been answered immediately.

My partner made a mistake at work and his boss was furious. Immediately I went to the bathroom and prayed for calmness over him and his boss, 10 minutes later he calls me saying his boss forgave him and all costs have been made even.

Then I had a huge panic attack at work because I was overwhelmed. I went to the bathroom and prayed for calmness because I can't go through the whole panic attack phase again. (Which is a story for a other day that I will tell you guys about in my next post). Not even a minute later my breathing came back and my legs stopped shaking. This sense of calmness washed over me and my chest felt light.

Then after work I was exhausted and I decided to go to bed and I said my nightly prayer like we all do praying for my family, praying for my partner, praying to forgive any subs I've commited throughout the day. The whole typical prayer. But for some reason I decided to pray for my past trauma. I've been through a really rough past with my relationships with people and I've been hurt and abused so much and it's affecting my current relationships with my parents, friends, partners. I prayed that any baggage and trauma I have that causes negativity in my life that God should release me from it and cut it off, it's not part of me anymore.

I end with Amen and eventually turn around to go to sleep. Seconds before I fall asleep I hear a voice in my thought saying, "open your bible." At first I wanted to ignore it because it's literally midnight and I'm exhausted and then again the voice came more demanding. "Open. Your. Bible." So I'm like "which book even." Immediately I get an answer 1 Peter. I ask which verse and immediately again I hear. 1 Peter 1:14. So I get up and open my bible to that exact place and here's what it said.

1 Peter 1:14- Obedient children, do not conform yourself with the passions of your past ignorance.

I go do some study and that specific verse is God sayin that you should dwell or go back to your past when you were filled with ignorance just to fulfill your heart's desires.

I cried for almost 10 minutes straight God truly is amazing. đŸ«¶
