This week does not need your comfort.
It needs your commitment.

Every serious calling demands sacrifice. Not sometimes — consistently.

You cannot prepare for ministry casually.
You cannot grow spiritually accidentally.
You cannot lead effectively without discipline.

So let this Monday confront you.

If you have been distracted — refocus.
If you have been inconsistent — correct it.
If you have been passive — rise.

CETM College of Theology is not a resting place.
It is a refining place.

Refining sharpens what is dull.
Refining removes what is weak.
Refining strengthens what will last.

Do not measure your week by how easy it feels.
Measure it by how much you grow.

Growth may be uncomfortable.
Correction may be humbling.
Responsibility may feel heavy.

But that weight is shaping you for leadership.

The world does not need shallow ministers.
It needs steady, mature, disciplined servants of truth.

And that preparation begins again today.

Walk into this week with seriousness.
Study beyond minimum effort.
Pray beyond routine.
Lead beyond convenience.

Let your actions this week prove that your calling is real.
