Chapter 52 Third Angel’s Message
Toward the end of the 3.5-year period between the outpouring of the Latter Rain and the Close of Probation, the number of people accepting the message of the 144 000 is diminishing. Most people have made up their minds. Yet, God does not abandon His children without a massive effort to woo them. We are all His children, and He does not want to lose any of us. However, He is not going to coerce anyone into His kingdom. People in His domain against their will, will end up eternally unhappy and frustrated. He has to bring this dispensation of insubordination and rebellion to an end.
Satan and his agencies, on the other hand, have done their utmost to deceive the World. He has infiltrated all the churches and all the political leaders to form a global government that has mandated the worship of the false gods of the churches. Everybody is complying except those that have a strong personal relationship with the true God and have the courage to remain faithful to God against the laws of the global government.
As a last call to the World, the 144 000 bring the Third Angel’s Message to the World. This more or less coincides with the Sixth Trumpet (previous chapter):
Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
The beast is the New World Order in which the Medieval church-state government has been restored, now World wide (chapter 40). The image of the beast is Apostate Protestantism, primarily represented by the church-state government of the USA (chapter 42). Anyone that complies with the laws of worship of the New World Order out of conviction receive the mark in their forehead. Those that are not convicted but comply out of fear or simply civil obedience receive the mark in their hands. These are not real marks visible to the public.
During the Trumpets the plagues have been diluted with mercy with only a third of the people suffering or dying from the plagues. This is because there is still the opportunity to convert to true worship of God. When Probation Closes at the 7th Trumpet (chapter 12) no one will have the desire to change their minds to worship God. They have finally made up their minds and God’s Spirit does not strive with them any further. Without God’s Spirit there is no conversion and no true worship. When Probation Closes, God pours out the Seven Last Plagues in His wrath. He is wrathful because He has done everything possible to woo the impenitent, but they have refused him because of pride and self-love. God’s wrath is undiluted – poured out without mixture.
Hell-fire does not take place during the Seven Last Plagues, but hell-fire as their final destination is determined. There will be suffering during the Seven Last Plagues, but not hell-fire, which is the final lot of the impenitent after the Millennium. Hell-fire is described in this warning, but it only indicates the final destination. It also seems to indicate that the fires of hell burn eternally, but this is not the case. The consequences of hell-fire is eternal, but the fire will die out when all the wicked and wickedness is consumed. Hell-fire will be elaborated on in a later chapter.

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
In a last desperate call, the 144 000 preach to the World to come out of this false system of worship. The rest of this portion of Scripture indicates the severity of God’s judgement to come onto this system of worship and government. The remaining part of Rev 18 describes God’s judgement on the Vatican and the global government of the New World Order.
The sooner we develop a relationship with God, the stronger will be our bond with Him when these difficult times come, and the more secure we will be in His salvation. It is worth establishing an unwavering relationship with God now. Pray to the Father that you will never leave the security of His hand. He will never let you go. Only you can go from His hand, and He will not stop you if that is your decision, because He does not force anyone. Love cannot be coerced.
