Psalms 1:1-6 Comparing RSV Reader's Digest Volume II, KJV Simon & Schuster 1936, KJV Westminster Study Edition, Interlinear Volume II English, NIV Starting Place SB Zondervan, Douay-Rheims, KJV Inspirational Alphabet

Palms 1:1-6 NIV Starting Place SB Zondervan Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers,
but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night.
That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither--whatever they do prospers.
Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

Psalms 1:1-6 Douay-Rheims Blessed is the man who hath not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the chair of pestilence.
But his will is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he shall meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree which is planted near the running waters, which shall bring forth its fruit, in due season. And his leaf shall not fall off: and all whatsoever he shall do shall prosper.
Not so the wicked, not so; but like the dust, which the wind driveth from the face of the earth.
Therefore the wicked shall not rise again in judgment; nor sinners in the counsil of the just.
For the Lord knoweth the way of the just; and the way of the wicked shall perish.

Psalms 1:1-6 KJV Inspirational Alphabet BLESSED is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
The ungodly are not so; but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous; but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
