THE ADVENT TRUTH
Many preachers today love the spotlight more than the Savior. They seek fame, followers, and finances… not the faith once delivered to the saints. They twist Scripture to justify sin, they preach smooth sermons that never call for repentance, and they promise blessings without obedience. But God is not mocked.
The Bible warns that a day is coming when the wicked will be resurrected—not to receive reward, but to face judgment (Revelation 20:5, 12–15). And when false teachers stand before God, they will suddenly realize that all the riches, applause, and influence they gained through deception… was all for NOTHING.
Jesus Himself spoke of this moment:
“Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? …and in Thy name done many wonderful works?”
And He will declare, “I NEVER KNEW YOU.” (Matthew 7:22–23)
Why? Because they used His name, but refused His truth.
* They preached a Christ without a cross.
* Grace without transformation.
* Heaven without holiness.
* A worship that ignores God’s commandments.
A shepherd who leads people away from God is not a shepherd at all — they are wolves in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 7:15).
But here’s the good news: God has a faithful people who will stand on His Word alone — even when it’s unpopular. (Revelation 14:12)
There are only two sides in the end:
Truth or deception
Christ or antichrist
The seal of God or the mark of the beast
And every one of us — pastors included — will have to give an account before the throne of God.
So choose teachers who point you to Jesus, not to themselves. Choose a faith built on Scripture, not tradition. Choose obedience motivated by love, not fear.
Because eternity is too long… and deception too deadly… to follow the wrong voice.
“Take heed that no man deceive you.” — Jesus (Matthew 24:4)
