BECOMING A GLOBAL MINISTER

Moses was not randomly raised.
He was strategically positioned by God.
God deliberately sent Moses into the most powerful and noble house of his time,Pharaoh’s palace. Not for comfort. Not for pride. But for capacity.

Moses would carry a mandate bigger than miracles.
He would lead nations, confront kings, legislate divine order, and document God’s dealings with humanity.

1. God Trains His Global Servants in Global Environments
The dealings of God with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were not written books.
They were oral traditions, preserved through stories passed from fathers to children.
Moses gathered those stories.
God then opened realms of revelation to him.
Out of both history and heaven, Moses wrote Genesis and other books.

That assignment required:
Literacy
Structure
Discipline
Exposure.

So God placed him in the best educational system of his time.

If your calling is global, your preparation will not be local.

2. Warfare Training Is Part of Destiny Preparation
Pharaoh’s sons were trained as soldiers.
Moses learned warfare, strategy, command, and leadership.

Why?
Because deliverance is not only prophetic,it is confrontational.
You don’t confront systems without understanding systems.
You don’t confront kings without knowing protocol.
You don’t lead people through warfare without knowing battle.

Stop despising the places God is training your strength.

3. God Will Move You from Palace to Pasture, On Purpose
After the palace, Moses went to the backside of life.
No title.
No applause.
No recognition.
He became a keeper of sheep.
There, God stripped pride and built meekness.
There, Moses learned patience, endurance, and responsibility.

Power without meekness is dangerous.
Calling without character is destructive.

The pasture is not punishment—it is purification.

4. Divine Mentorship Is Never Accidental
God sent Moses into the house of Jethro, a priest.
This was not coincidence.
This was spiritual alignment.
Moses learned counsel.

He learned structure.
He learned how to judge matters wisely.
No matter how anointed you are, God still sends teachers.

Isolation is not maturity. Submission is.

5. A Word to Today’s Ministers and Leaders
If God has called you global:
Be sensitive to the process.

Stop calling preparation punishment

Stop rejecting seasons you don’t understand

Educate yourself.
The world is changing fast.

Learn:
Through books

Through conferences

Through online classes (many are free)

Through mentorship

Through disciplined

self-development
If grammar is your weakness, start small.

If exposure is your gap, take deliberate steps.
If confidence is lacking, train it.

Ignorance is expensive in a global assignment.

6. Polish the Vessel. The Assignment Is Heavy
Attend conferences.

Join growth circles.

Associate with excellence.

Stretch your mind.
Upgrade your thinking.

Not for pride.

Not for competition.

But because God has made you a global minister.

Global platforms demand refined vessels.

FINAL CHARGE
Do not abort your process.

Do not despise your training.

Do not mislabel preparation as delay.

God knows where He is taking you.
And He knows what you must become to survive there.

Submit to the process.
Embrace the training.

Grow intentionally.
The nations are waiting but only prepared vessels are released.
