First Monday of Lent:

We’re not in the desert alone, Jesus has been here before us. After Sunday’s reminder of His temptations, today hits with real life: the pull to give up, the little temptations creeping back, the call to actually do something holy.

But holiness isn’t abstract. It’s feeding the hungry, welcoming the stranger, showing mercy where it’s hard (Mt 25:31-46). It’s vigilance against sin + hope in His mercy.

One small yes today: a kind word, a skipped complaint, a moment of real prayer, a check-in on someone hurting. Grace builds in the ordinary.
