How do you fix a Monday?

You walk into your work area with your grandkids' bubble wand (minus the bubbles because you were running late), proclaim in a loud and lighthearted voice while pointing and moving the bubble wand at everyone and everything …. “Begone you Monday Mantra and receive in a day of wondiferiousness.”

It is amazing how many people will stop, look at you, and then contemplate their life choices. The atmosphere went from ugh, it is Monday to Oh Lord, she is at it again.

I actually woke up this morning trying to figure out what day it was. I slept that soundly and restfully. My one dilemma for today is do I stop and get bubbles or not. Hmmmm, that is a perplexing item on today’s agenda of accomplishments.

Let's have a little fun today, shall we? Let's make this Tattle Tale Tuesday. But we are tattling on ourselves…. What are we tattling? When was the first time you stepped out of your comfort zone at work to make those around you smile?

I will go first … about five or six years ago, I went on a week-long costume party for the morning routine of sorting the mail. I started with Harriette Potter, long distance cousin to Harry Potter. Decked out in a Gryffindor onesie, an elf hat that sang, and a toilet plunger for my scepter. That week, I was a different character each day for the morning routine.
