After reading Luke 17 today, I felt challenged in a few areas in my life.

Jesus warns about causing others to stumble, and that made me think about my influence.
My words and actions matter more than I realize. Then He talks about forgiving again and again. That’s hard. I understand why the disciples said, “Increase our faith.” I need faith to forgive the way he asks me to.

The story of the ten lepers really stood out. Only one came back to thank Him. I don’t want to be someone who receives God’s blessings and just moves on without gratitude.

And when Jesus speaks about His return, it feels sobering. Life will seem normal, and then suddenly everything changes. “Remember Lot’s wife.” Don’t look back. Stay ready.

This chapter reminds me to forgive quickly, stay humble, be thankful, and live prepared.

Here are the questions that came to me as i was reading todays chapter:

Is there anyone I need to forgive again—without keeping score?(not gonna lie that being married thats really hard to do)

In what ways might my behavior be causing someone else to stumble?

When was the last time I intentionally thanked God for specific blessings?

Am I living more focused on this world or on eternity?

If Jesus returned today, would I be spiritually ready?
