‎Never Give Up On Jesus And Your Calling
‎By Apostle Prof Chukwuemeka Egberase

‎I am very delightful that today being the first day of the month of March, is as well the first Sunday of the Month. I bring to you what God lays in my spirit to tell you all this new month, and I am pleased to say to you all Labourers in God's Vineyard: "Never Give Up On Jesus And Your Calling".

‎Your Calling and Service to Jesus is Sacred, and there are times you will experience pressures or criticisms from family members or the public making you depressed! Know that your service and calling to Jesus will not be always sweet, but one that must comes with numerous trials and temptation on your walk with Jesus. The calling will not always comfortable, but along the way you will need endurance to persevere.

‎In Nigeria today, most people take up the calling because they had been told that pastoral work is sweet and comes with riches. Because of there is no jobs in Nigeria, most people after graduating from the University, pronounce upon themselves as Pastors without spiritual fortification, training or validating of their calling. Validation of calling, spiritual fortification and training is very necessary before one can take up the mantle to pastor a congregation!

‎Yesterday Saturday I opened my Facebook and saw the funeral poster of a young pastor from Benue State, named Prophet Samuel, and I saw his age in the poster; a very young man at 27. I begin to wonder what should have caused his death, then I ask someone from Benue State who told me that the young pastor committed suicide. I discovered he committed suicide because of constant criticism and pressures from his family members and the Social media that he is not a true pastor. Even though we pastors are also humans, and can face depression as well, at some point in our lives and ministry, we have to strongly condemn suicide, we as Christians are not permitted by Jesus to take our life because we don't own ourselves, but Jesus owns us one we became born again.

‎No amount of criticism from anyone should make you take your life by yourself! Any difficulty you are facing, you have to take it to Jesus in prayers and wait on God to prevail on the matter. It is better to wait on God, than to give up on Him. All great man of God you see today that are excelling in ministry today have faced criticism and obstacle before they where announced and exalted by God. The problem with this generation of Gen Z is that they want the riches fast, they don't want to endure difficulty! They want it fast.

‎I am writing this message from God to you God's People around the globe, and to encourage you all: Never to Give Up On Jesus And Your Calling! I know we all are humans first, before ever accepting the calling, but let's know that we should pray feverently and be encouraged that God sees our obstacles and God is working behind the scenes to take us to our desired destiny!

‎I pray that God Strengthens You All,
‎In Jesus Name. Amen

‎Happy New Month!
