DAY 13 – Persistent Prayer
Scripture: Gospel of Luke 18:1
Father God,
You are the God who hears and the God who answers. Your Word reminds me that I should always pray and never give up. On this Monday morning on the 13th day of Lent, I come before You asking for endurance in the place of prayer. When answers seem delayed and circumstances look unchanged, strengthen my heart to remain faithful.
Lord, guard me from discouragement. Silence every whisper that tells me to quit. Build in me a holy persistence — the kind that keeps knocking, keeps seeking, and keeps believing. Teach me that delay is not denial, and that breakthrough is often born through consistency.
When my flesh grows weary, let Your Spirit intercede through me. When I cannot see movement, help me trust that You are working behind the scenes. Give me discipline to return to the secret place daily and courage to keep praying about the very thing the enemy wants me to abandon.
Father, I refuse to give up. I will not stop praying for my family, my purpose, my healing, my church, and my community. Strengthen my endurance. Anchor my faith. Let my persistence position me for the shift You have already ordained.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
Declaration...
I pray until something shifts. I will not quit. My persistence in prayer produces breakthrough.
