THE ADVENT TRUTH
God Always Announces His Time Prophecies Twice!

Did you know God never lets His people stumble into major prophetic moments blind? In Scripture, when God gives a time prophecy, He always sends one prophet to announce the beginning… and another to declare its fulfillment. The countdown always starts with a message of mercy — and ends with a message of urgency.

The Flood
God gave Noah a 120-year warning (Genesis 6:3). The countdown started. At the end? God Himself shut the ark door. Silence was the final announcement: Time is up.

Israel’s Exile — 70 Years
Jeremiah announced the prophecy: Seventy years in Babylon (Jeremiah 25:11). But Daniel — studying prophecy — recognized when the time had ended (Daniel 9:2). One prophet starts it. Another rings the bell.

The 490 Years — The Messiah’s Arrival
Gabriel gave the timeline to Daniel (Daniel 9:24-27). Four hundred ninety years later, John the Baptist appears preaching:
* “The time is fulfilled” (Mark 1:15).
Daniel starts the clock. John announces the arrival.

The 2,300 Years — Judgment Hour
Daniel is again called to announce the beginning (Daniel 8:14). But Daniel did not live 2,300 years. So God raised up a last-day movement to proclaim the fulfillment:
“The hour of His judgment IS come.” (Revelation 14:7)
Not future. Not someday. IS.

God’s pattern is consistent:
• A prophet announces the start
• A messenger declares the end
• God gives time to repent
• Judgment follows exactly on schedule

If God has always warned when His people were entering history’s most decisive moments…

Why would He stop at the most important one of all?

The question today isn’t whether God is announcing the end…

The question is: Are we listening?
