BUILD THE ALTAR AND KEEP IT BURNING

KEEP THE ALTAR BURNING

This is NOT THE TIME FOR OBSERVATION. This is NOT THE TIME FOR QUIET REFLECTION. This is THE MOMENT OF DECISION.

“THE FIRE SHALL EVER BE BURNING UPON THE ALTAR; IT SHALL NEVER GO OUT.” — Leviticus 6:13

That was not a suggestion. THAT WAS A COMMAND. Not conference fire. Not Sunday fire. Not when-I-feel-like-it fire. Ever burning.

Hear by the Spirit —
Some of us were once on fire. Our prayer life was alive. Our worship had tears. Our hunger was real.

But distractions came. Battles came. Compromise came. Delay came. And slowly… the altar reduced.

We still attend church. We still say “Amen.” But the flame is low. Now, God is not condemning us. HE IS CALLING US BACK TO THE ALTAR.

In 1 Kings 18, before fire fell, ELIJAH REPAIRED THE ALTAR.

FIRE DOES NOT FALL ON BROKEN ALTARS. Some of us don’t need a new prophecy. We need a repaired altar. Some of us don’t need another impartation. We need consecration.

POWER WITHOUT ALTAR IS TEMPORARY. GLORY WITHOUT CONSECRATION WILL FADE.

THIS IS A CALL TO THE BURNING ONES.
AND ALSO A CALL TO THOSE WHOSE FIRE HAS ALMOST GONE OUT.

If we are tired of mechanical Christianity. If we are tired of shallow devotion. If we are tired of living on yesterday’s fire. THIS IS ABOUT OUR ALTAR.

“Lord, forgive our negligence!” “Forgive our inconsistency!” “Forgive every compromise that quenched our fire!”

“Father, restore our altar!” “Restore our first love!” “Restore my discipline!” “Restore our hunger!”

Let our voice be louder than our weakness. We will not carry conference fire alone. We will carry sustainable fire. Our room will become an altar. Our mornings will become encounters. Our voice will carry authority.

MAY WE RECEIVE FIRE! RECEIVE CONSISTENCY! RECEIVE GRACE TO SUSTAIN THE FLAME! AND MAY OUR FIRE NEVER GO OUT.
