IF WE GET RIGHT AND WALK RIGHT, WE WON’T BACKBITE!

Have a ear to hear what the Spirit says! THERE IS A MOVE OF GOD RISING IN THIS HOUR BUT IT CANNOT REST ON CONTAMINATED VESSELS.

The Spirit of God is saying:
“IF WE GET RIGHT AND WALK RIGHT, WE WON’T BACKBITE!”

BACKBITING is not a mouth problem. It is a HEART PROBLEM. Because WHEN OUR HEART IS ALIGNED, OUR WORDS WILL BE PURIFIED.

Prophetic intensity is seen in the ministry of every God Man, there is always a call to righteousness before revival. GOD DOES NOT POUR NEW WINE INTO UNCLEAN CONTAINERS.

1. REVIVAL AND RIGHTEOUSNESS GO TOGETHER

We cannot cry for revival and carry gossip.
We cannot pray for awakening and tear down our brother.
We cannot host the Holy Spirit and host offense.

Psalm 15:1–3:
“Lord, who shall abide in Your tabernacle? … He that backbiteth not with his tongue.”

Note that access to God’s presence is connected to how you use your mouth. When we get right with God, you stop enjoying conversations that dishonor others.

2. BACKBITING GRIEVES THE SPIRIT

The enemy loves division. He cannot stop revival directly so he releases offense.

Whispers. Side conversations. Hidden criticism. BACKBITING IS WITCHCRAFT of the tongue. IT ASSASSINATES DESTINY in secret.

Ephesians 4:30:
“Grieve not the Holy Spirit of God.”

Every time we gossip, we grieve the Holy Spirit. And when the Holy Spirit is grieved, glory lifts.

3. IF WE WALK RIGHT, WE WON’T BITE

When we walk in humility:
We pray for people instead of criticizing them.
We confront in love instead of slandering in secret.
We cover instead of expose.

Jesus did not backbite Peter — He restored him.

If our walk is clean, our speech will follow. Because THE MOUTH ONLY REVEALS WHAT THE HEART CARRIES.

4. THE ROOT OF BACKBITING

Let’s be honest Backbiting is often rooted in:
Jealousy, Insecurity, Offense, Competition. But WHEN WE KNOW WHO WE ARE IN GOD, WE DON’T NEED TO TEAR OTHERS DOWN.

A Secure Believer Celebrates. An Insecure Believer Criticizes. WHEN WE GET RIGHT WITH GOD, IDENTITY IS SETTLED — and GOSSIP LOSES ITS APPEAL.

PROPHETIC CONFRONTATION

The Holy Spirit is putting His finger on our mouths. Some of us have been fasting — but still whispering. Some have been worshiping — but still criticizing.

CLEAN THE ALTAR OF OUR LIPS. IF REVIVAL IS GOING TO STAY, THE CHURCH MUST MATURE.

May the Lord, purify our heart!”
“Cleanse our tongue!”
“Deliver us from offense!”
“Make us a carrier of unity!”

Let Every root of jealousy be uprooted!
Let Every spirit of division be broken!
Let Every habit of gossip be destroyed!

Give us clean hands and pure hearts!
If we get right…If we walk right…We won’t backbite.

We will bless. We will edify. We will restore.
And revival will not just visit — it will remain.
