Getting rid of fear
One of the weapons that the evil one will use to get close to us is fear. The Bible in Romans 8:16 says that we've not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but the spirit of adoption by whom we cry abaa father. What fear does is to enslave us. That's a point of contact or rather an advantage to Satan. We need to take him off our lane. Remember in Colossians 2:15, Jesus disarmed powers and principalities, and made a public show of them having triumphed over them. No evil power defeats a believer in Christ except we're afraid to enforce our already guaranteed victory in Christ
