Two baby pterosaurs, nicknamed Lucky and Lucky II, were recently discovered in Solnhofen, Germany—delicate hatchlings with paper-thin hollow bones that somehow ended up exquisitely preserved in stone. Evolutionary scientists claim these creatures died in a violent storm 150 million years ago and slowly sank into a calm lagoon where mud eventually covered them.

But the evidence tells a different story. Bones this fragile don’t sit around for millions of years waiting to fossilize—they would have broken apart, decayed, or been eaten quickly. Their preservation in stone points to rapid, catastrophic burial under massive amounts of sediment. That’s exactly what we would expect from the global Flood described in Genesis.

Evolutionists describe a local storm in the distant past, but the Bible reveals the true event: about 4,500 years ago, the fountains of the deep burst forth, the rain poured down, and the earth was engulfed in watery judgment. Countless animals—whether tiny pterosaur hatchlings or massive dinosaurs—were swept away and buried in stone layers that still testify to the Flood.
