𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐥 ✍️ "𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘯. 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯, 𝘏𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯." I still remember staring at the list of college courses in our Catholic school—my heart anchored on just one: to become a priest. But my parents wouldn’t support me. I feared being alone, so I gave in. A storm of emotions surged. Standing at the crossroads of my life, I thought I’d lost my calling. But what felt like the end… was only the beginning. 🕮 𝐏𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝟑𝟒:𝟒 declares, “𝘐 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘮𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴.” Choosing a path that wasn’t mine left scars of regret. But when I finally sought not a profession but a Person, He heard me. This verse reminds us that God's rescue begins not when we succeed, but when we seek Him. David wrote this Psalm in his lowest moments; he had fled from King Saul and faked madness before Abimelech. His circumstances were humiliating. But in his fear, he sought the Lord. And in that seeking, God answered. Today’s world tells us to "find yourself." But David reminds us: breakthrough begins when you find the Lord. The Bible is filled with divine reversals. Joseph was betrayed (𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟓𝟎:𝟐𝟎), but became a ruler. Paul was imprisoned (𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟏:𝟏𝟐), but the Gospel spread. Your story is no different—God often turns setbacks into setups. He turns breakdowns into breakthroughs and fear into fuel for faith. That’s God’s grace in action. 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟖:𝟐𝟖 assures us, “𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥…” God doesn’t waste a detour. What feels like being stuck is often God placing you. The saying "𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨" finds deeper meaning in Christ—it’s not just a lining, it’s His light piercing through your darkest moments. After all, our greatest victories often bloom from what we thought were defeats. What seemed like loss was reversed—because God rewrote my ending. I thought I lost my ambition when I didn’t become a priest. But God had a bigger plan. He used engineering to bring me to Macau—where I met not religion, but my Redeemer. Today, I preach not from a pulpit of tradition, but from a place of transformation. Not as a Catholic priest, but as a blood-bought, born-again Gospel preacher. Just like David, I sought the Lord, He heard me, and He delivered me from all my fears. If God could reverse my disappointments and turn them into victories, He can do the same for you. What regret still whispers in your heart? Don’t let it define your destiny. Seek the Lord, not just a solution. What feels like a dead end might be the very place where God begins your victorious reversal. Will you let Him?
