LET'S TALK ABOUT IT.
A.W. TOZER
"In today’s culture, many assume that attending church is the same as being born again. We have grown comfortable with a version of faith where sitting in a pew or surrounding ourselves with moral people feels like enough.
But as A. W. Tozer warned, the Kingdom of God cannot be entered through association alone. Faith is not contagious. Standing near believers does not make someone a Christian. Genuine conversion requires a supernatural work of God — a transformation that puts the old life to death.
Scripture calls us to fellowship, but fellowship by itself is not evidence of redemption. A person does not become a follower of Christ merely by participating in church culture.
If we are not careful, we may linger around the message of the cross without ever surrendering to it. The call is not simply to attend church, but to seek Christ Himself."
