Thy Will Be Done
Christians talk a lot about wanting “God’s will to be done,” but there’s no possible way to know “God’s will” unless we have open communication with Him – and talk with Him about every detail of our lives. When we experience a close relationship with Jesus, it affects every part of our day! Unexpected problems won’t cause us to panic, because we are trusting in God’s divine wisdom and guidance, knowing His strength will carry us through. And if things don’t turn out the way we hoped, we won’t blame God for punishing us. Instead, our difficulties are viewed as "blessings" in disguise. Sometimes we forget that God knows best, and if we knew the end from the beginning, we would never want it any other way than God’s way! Make Jesus your Best Friend, sharing your heart with Him, and ending every prayer request with, “Lord, Thy will be done!”
