Read; Leviticus 19:18

Keeping a grudge alive and holding on to anger is a lot of work. It leaves little energy for blessing other people, praising God, or just enjoying life. The only way to stop being angry at other people is to love and help them in ways that make their lives better. If we can't do this because it's hard to feel like it's the right thing to do, we do it because we know God and want to please Him.

Prayer
Father of light, love, and mercy, please take away from my heart any cynicism or joy that comes from seeing others fail. Help me instead to be a rescuer rather than a person who doesn't care. I want people to see Your grace in the way I treat my friends. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
