“We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.” Hebrews 2:1

This chapter reminds us of the danger of drifting. No one plans to drift away from God it happens slowly, quietly, when we neglect His Word and His voice. But today, the Spirit calls us back to pay careful attention.

Hebrews 2 also reveals the heart of Jesus how He humbled Himself, took on flesh, and suffered for us so that we could be saved. He understands our struggles, our fears, and our weaknesses. He is not distant He is near, walking with us and strengthening us.

Encouragement: Hold firmly to what God has spoken over your life. Stay anchored in His Word. Even when life feels overwhelming, remember Jesus has already gone before you, and He is able to help those who are being tested (Hebrews 2:18).

Prayer: Lord, keep us from drifting. Help us to stay rooted in Your truth and sensitive to Your voice. Thank You, Jesus, for walking with us and for being our strength in every trial. Amen.

Stay focused. Stay faithful. Stay close to Jesus.
