We bring our I Am With You series to a close, having seen again and again that courage does not rise chiefly from human strength, but from the sure presence of God with His people. Now we begin a new Holy Wit series titled God Is Faithful to Flawed People, where we will consider men and women in Scripture who truly belonged to the Lord, genuinely desired to walk with Him, and yet still showed fear, reluctance, pride, compromise, exhaustion, moral failure, slow growth, and even fleshly attempts to manage what only God could rightly fulfill. The purpose of this new series is not to excuse sin, but to magnify the steadfast faithfulness of God, who does not abandon His people when their weakness and failure are laid bare.
