📌 WHY “CHURCH OF CHRIST” NAME IS IMPORTANT? 1. So, the name must reflect ownership. 2. The Bible Uses the Name “Church of Christ” Romans 16:16 “The churches of Christ greet you.” 👉 This is not a man-made title. It is a Holy Spirit–given identification. ✔ It shows: Who founded it → Christ Who owns it → Christ Who is the head → Christ 3. Christ is the Head — So His Name Must Be There Colossians 1:18 “He is the head of the body, the church…” 👉 Just like: A house belongs to its owner A company carries its founder’s identity ➡ The church must carry Christ’s identity 4.
