THE TRUTH ABOUT CHILDREN, LIFE, AND GOD’S DESIGN Something I never fully understood before is why God commanded us to be fruitful and multiply but now I see it clearly. In Book of Genesis 1:28, the Word says: “God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth…’” This was not a curse. This was a blessing and a command. Children are not a burden they are part of God’s divine design. In Book of Psalms 127:3: “Children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb is His reward.” Children are a gift. They are entrusted to us by God. But let’s make one thing clear: Children are powerful and valuable, but they are not our savior. Healing, restoration, and freedom come through Jesus Christ alone. In Gospel of John 8:36: “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” And in Second Epistle to the Corinthians 5:17: “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation…” So while children can bring joy, purpose, and even healing experiences, true transformation comes through Christ. Children are still vessels in the hands of God. Throughout Scripture, God used children: • Samuel was called as a child • David was chosen while young • Jesus Himself came into the world as a child This shows us clearly: No child is a mistake Every life has purpose in God The enemy hates what God loves. In Gospel of John 10:10: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy…” We see throughout Scripture that children were often targeted: • Pharaoh tried to kill Hebrew babies (Exodus 1) • Herod tried to kill Jesus (Matthew 2) Why? Because the enemy tries to stop what God is raising. And this is the truth about life: It is not man who ultimately gives life it is God. In Book of Genesis 2:7: “The LORD God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being.” The body is formed from dust. The soul is who you are your mind, will, and emotions. The spirit is the part of you that connects to God. In First Epistle to the Thessalonians 5:23: “May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless…” So here is the truth: Children are a blessing. Life comes from God. Every child has purpose. But above all Jesus Christ is the one who saves, restores, and sets free. “Be still, and know that I am God.” Book of Psalms 46:10 FINAL DECLARATION “God did not curse humanity with children He blessed humanity with life.
