Fifth Sunday of Lent – DAY 33: Resurrection Power
Scripture:Epistle to the Philippians 3:10 — “That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death.”

Thought Of The Day...
As we draw closer to Resurrection Sunday, this sacred moment in Lent calls us deeper—not just to reflect on the resurrection, but to experience its power now. The Apostle Paul’s desire was not merely to believe in Christ, but to know Him intimately—to walk in the same resurrection power that defeated death, hell, and the grave. This power is not reserved for heaven; it is alive within every believer today. It gives you strength when you feel weak, hope when life feels heavy, and victory when circumstances seem overwhelming.
Resurrection power means that what once held you bound no longer has authority over you. Old mindsets, past mistakes, fear, and spiritual weariness must bow to the life of Christ within you. But Paul also reminds us that this power is often revealed through surrender—through dying to self so that Christ can fully live through us. In this Lenten season, God is not just calling you to reflect—He is calling you to transformation. The same power that raised Jesus is actively working in you, renewing your mind, reviving your spirit, and restoring every broken place. You are not the same—you are being raised into newness of life.

Prayer...
Father God, I thank You for the resurrection power that lives within me through Jesus Christ. As I continue this Lenten journey, draw me closer to You. Help me not just to know about You, but to truly know You in power, intimacy, and truth. Break every chain in my life and remove anything that hinders my spiritual growth. Teach me to surrender daily, to die to my flesh, and to walk in the fullness of new life You have given me. Strengthen me in weak moments, revive me in dry seasons, and remind me that Your power is always at work within me. Let my life reflect Your victory and glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Declaration...
I walk in resurrection power. The same Spirit that raised Christ lives in me. I am renewed, restored, and rising into new life every day. Nothing is impossible with God working through me.
