There are more than 100 passages that refer to him, and these are only some of his many names: •the “man of sin…the son of perdition” (2 Thessalonians 2:3 NKJV) •“the lawless one” (2 Thessalonians 2:8) •the little horn (Daniel 7:8) •the king of “fierce features, who understands sinister schemes” (Daniel 8:23 NKJV) •“the prince who is to come” (Daniel 9:26) •“the king [who] shall do as he wills” (Daniel 11:36) •“the abomination that makes desolate” (Daniel 12:11) and “the abomination of desolation” (Matthew 24:15)
