ever sit down a reread those old stories from the Bible you think you know? the ones we think we have heard so much that we can't be missing anything right? I did.... I missed things ...not anymore! try reading them again see what God shows you! we have gotten use to just taking anyone's word for it but nothing replaces you reading those scriptures yourself. from Adam and eve, Abraham and Sarah, moses.. the list goes on...we know those stories so well right...or we know a story for kids or a sermon. when asking church elders once why it's glossed over I got the respose that no one wants to hear that so it's not mentioned. I felt cheated but it was on me to read the scriptures not rely on any man to tell me. pull out different translations, commentary, dictionaries... may at least one olds story be seen in new light for you.
