Even in the Bible, we see GodтАЩs people getting weary. Elijah was so exhausted he just wanted to sleep under a tree, and Jesus was tired enough to sleep through a literal storm! Being tired isn't a lack of faith; it's a reminder that we are human and were never meant to carry the world on our shoulders.
When youтАЩre at your limit, remember:
Matthew 11:28: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He doesn't ask you to fix it first; He just asks you to come.
Psalm 127:2: "...for he grants sleep to those he loves." Rest is a gift, not a luxury you have to earn.
Galatians 6:9: "Let us not become weary in doing good..." ItтАЩs okay to pause so you don't burn out.
God isn't a taskmaster; He's a Shepherd. If you need to stop, stop.
Tell Him whatтАЩs draining you. Sometimes just saying it out loud makes the load feel lighter.
Put down the phone, step away from the noise, and just be.
