Trinitarian doctrine teaches that there is one God who exists as 3 distinct persons Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Oneness doctrine teaches that there is only one God who manifests Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. As we discovered in the last part of our study Oneness doctrine is correct here. Elohim/God was manifest in the flesh according to John chapter 1 and indeed this is supported by many other Scriptures in both the Old and New Testaments. Yahwah/𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 IS ONE! FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT are not 3 distinct persons but rather they are manifestations of the one true living Elohim (Hebrew for God) Yahwah! Both groups have a little truth. They point to Matthew 28:19 for this method of baptism. Look closely at what this verse is saying. It says to baptize "in the NAME of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit"! Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are not names they are titles. It says to baptize in THE NAME (singular form)! This verse is talking about a name, ONE NAME! . 🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤 NOW ONENESS BELIEVE IN BAPTIZING IN A NAME & THEIR METHOD OF BAPTISM COMES FROM ACTS 2:38 🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤🍒🖤 ACTS/MA’ASEH SCHLICHIYM 2 {38} Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ (??WHAT IS HIS TRUE ORIGINAL HEBREW NAME??) for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. So Oneness believe in baptizing in the name of Jesus Christ. Oneness believers (also called Jesus only) have a revelation that Matthew 28:19 is talking about a literal name and that on the day of Pentecost, nearly 2,000 years ago, Peter told the people to repent and be baptized in a literal name. They understand that it takes a name to be saved! None of the apostles ever heard the name Jesus! When you study it out you'll find that Jesus comes from the Latin Iesus, which comes from the Greek Iesous, which people claim comes from the Hebrew Yeshua (It doesn't but that's a topic for another study). Is Yeshua our savior's name? Remember that Matthew 28:19 says IN THE💥NAME of THE FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT! Can anyone show me book, chapter, and verse where THE FATHER is ever called Yeshua?
