Science Doesn’t Prove Evolution—It Points to Creation
The claim that science proves evolution sounds convincing—until the basic laws of science are looked at closely. Let’s start with something simple. The First Law of Thermodynamics says energy cannot create itself. Energy must come from somewhere. In other words, the universe could not make itself out of nothing. Something outside the universe had to cause it.

Now consider the Second Law of Thermodynamics. This law shows that things naturally fall apart over time. A clean room becomes messy. A new car wears out. Broken things do not fix themselves. Nature moves toward disorder, not greater organization. Yet evolution teaches that life became more and more complex on its own, without guidance. That goes against what we observe happening every day.

Biology creates even bigger questions. The Law of Biogenesis, demonstrated by Louis Pasteur, showed that life only comes from existing life. Life does not appear from dead chemicals. You can leave food out, but it will rot—it will not turn into a living creature. Yet evolution depends on life somehow beginning from nonliving matter.

There is also the issue of information. Every living cell contains DNA, which works like a detailed instruction manual. It tells the body how to grow, function, and reproduce. Instruction manuals do not write themselves. Computer code does not write itself. Information always comes from intelligence. The genetic laws discovered by Gregor Mendel show that living things reproduce within clear limits. Dogs produce dogs. Cats produce cats. While there can be variation, there is no observed process that turns one kind of creature into a completely different kind.

The fossil record also raises serious questions. If evolution happened slowly over millions of years, we should find countless transitional fossils showing small changes step by step. Instead, we often see complex creatures appearing suddenly and fully formed. One of the clearest examples is the Cambrian Explosion, when many major types of animals appear suddenly in the rock layers without clear ancestors below them. That does not look like a slow, gradual process.

When we step back and look at the big picture, the universe shows order, design, and purpose. Science depends on stable laws—logic, mathematics, chemistry, physics, and geology. These laws make the universe predictable and understandable. Order does not come from chaos on its own. Information does not come from nothing. Life does not come from nonlife. When all the evidence is considered carefully, it strongly points toward an intelligent creation by a loving God, rather than blind chance.
