Wages of Sin
Romans 6:23 (NIV)
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Sin pays in death, but God does not deal with us by wages, He offers a gift. What we could never earn through striving, Jesus secured through grace. Eternal life is not something we achieve; it is something we receive through Him.
Prayer
Thank You Father for the precious gift of Your Son Jesus, who paid a debt He did not owe, that I might live a life I did not deserve.
