Revelation 6:12-17 NKJV

Revelation 6:12-17 I looked when he opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.

And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.

Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.

And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the might men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains,

and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!

"For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"

Revelation 11:19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple, And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, and earthquake, and great hail.

Revelation 8:10-11 Then the third angel sounded; And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water,

The name of the star is Wormwood, A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.

Revelation 9:1-2 Then the fifth angel sounded; And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the bottomless pit.

And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit.

Revelation 16:19-21 Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath.

Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.

He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in rerision.

Isaiah 2:10-11 Enter into the rock, and hide in the dust, From the terror of the LORD And the glory of His majesty.

The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, The haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, And the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

Revelation 4:1-2 After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. and the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, "Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this."

Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne.

Revelation 5:6-7 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.

Revelation 14:19-20 So the angel thrust his sickle into the earth and gathered the vine of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.

And the winepress was trampled outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress, up to the horses' bridles, for one thousand six hundred furlongs.

Isaiah 63:3-4 "I have trodden the winepress alone, And from the peoples no one was with Me. For I have trodden them in My anger, And trampled them in My fury; Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments, And I have stained all My robes.

For the day of vengeance is on My heart, and the year of My redeemed has come.

Joel 1:14-15 Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; Gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land Into the house of the LORD your God, And cry out to the LORD.

Alas for the day! For the day of the LORD is at hand; It shall come as destruction from the Almighty.

Joel 1:19-20 O LORD, to You I cry out; For fire has devoured the open pastures, And a flame has burned all the trees of the field.

The beasts of the field also cry out to You, For the water brooks are dried up, And fire has devoured the open pastures.

Joel 2:1-2 Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the LORD is coming, For it is at hand;

A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, Like the morning clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, The like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any such after them. Even for many successive generations.

Joel 2:10-11 The earth quakes before them, The heavens tremble; The sun and moon grow dark, And the stars diminish their brightness.

The LORD gives voice before His army, For His camp is very great; For strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; Who can endure it?
