Good morning.
In Zechariah 6, the prophet sees four chariots coming from between two mountains of bronze. These represent God’s power moving across the earth showing us something powerful: God is not distant; He is actively ruling and working in every direction.
“Those who go toward the north country have given My Spirit rest…” (Zechariah 6:8)
Even when the world feels chaotic, God’s Spirit is still at work.
Even when we don’t understand what’s happening, He is in control.
The chapter ends with a beautiful picture of a crown placed on Joshua the high priest pointing to Jesus, our King and Priest, who will reign and bring peace.
Jesus is both our Savior and our King.
Today’s reminder:
Trust God’s authority over your life. He sees everything, He is working behind the scenes, and His plans will stand.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to trust that You are in control, even when I don’t understand. Let Your peace rule in my heart today. Amen.
