The Glory of the Lord Appears

Scripture

Leviticus 9:23 (NKJV)
And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of meeting, and came out and blessed the people. Then the glory of the Lord appeared to all the people.

God Reveals His Glory

After the priests were consecrated and the offerings made, Moses and Aaron entered the tabernacle. When they came out and blessed the people, the glory of the Lord appeared visibly. This moment showed that God accepted the sacrifices and that His presence was dwelling among His people.

For believers today, this points us to Christ, our High Priest. Through His perfect sacrifice, we have access to the glory of God. His presence is not revealed in a tabernacle of stone but in the lives of His people through the Holy Spirit. When we walk in obedience and worship, His glory is seen in and through us.

This verse reminds us that God’s presence brings blessing, assurance, and joy. His glory is the ultimate confirmation that He is with His people.

Prayer

Lord God, thank You for revealing Your glory through Jesus Christ. Let Your presence fill my life so that others may see Your power and goodness. Teach me to walk in obedience and to live in a way that reflects Your glory. In Jesus name, Amen.
