For many, end-time theology depends on the idea that God has two distinct covenant peoples — Israel and the Church.

But Scripture presents something different.

In Romans 11, Paul describes not two trees, but one olive tree. Natural branches were broken off; wild branches were grafted in. One root. One covenant. One people.

And he is explicit:

“A Jew is not one outwardly… but inwardly.” — Romans 2:28–29

“There is neither Jew nor Greek… for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed.” — Galatians 3:28–29

“He has made both one and broken down the dividing wall.” — Ephesians 2:14

Christ did not create two redeemed peoples.

He formed one body.

One covenant people.

God is not running parallel redemptive programs.

There is one tree — and all who are in Christ belong to it.
