We all know what it feels like to be strong on the outside but collapsing on the inside. We keep smiling, keep serving, keep showing up—yet something within feels thin, stretched, and fragile. Whether we are overwhelmed or quietly breaking, the question is not whether we look strong, but whether we are strengthened in the inner man.

๐Ÿ•ฎ ๐„๐ฉ๐ก๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐š๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ÿ‘:๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” declares, “๐˜›๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ฅ ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ต ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.” Paul prayed this for believers under pressure. Like a building with a hidden foundation, what cannot be seen determines what cannot be shaken. When the structure beneath is weak, pressure exposes it. But when God strengthens within, trials do not break us—they reveal His power. The strength we need is not around us, but within us.

Scripture confirms this inward strengthening. God’s strength is not merely added—it works through us.

Just as a lamp does not generate its own light, we do not sustain ourselves—we are sustained by Him. Christ secured this strength through His finished work. Because He overcame, we are not left powerless. Through Him, we are strengthened from the inside out.

What sustains you when pressure rises—your strength or His? You may hold things together outwardly yet be weakening within. You don’t need Christ just to help you survive—you need Him to strengthen your inner man. Come to Him, and let His power work where it matters most.
