Today’s God’s Promise:** “I asked them, ‘Each of you give me the earrings from your plunder…’” (Judges 8:24) Dear brothers and sisters, In this verse, Gideon asked the people for earrings, and they gave them. This teaches us a spiritual truth. 👉 From the income God has given us, the 10th part belongs to Him. Every month, from our salary or income: 👉 We must give what we are supposed to give 👉 We should not use it for ourselves 👉 We should not keep it with us; when God’s servant asks for help: 👉 We must give what is due Those offerings: 👉 Can be used by the servant for ministry 👉 The servant can live through them 👉 This is the authority given by God But, 👉 If we do not give what we should and keep it with us 👉 It is like using God’s portion for our own selfish needs ❗ Such a condition: 👉 Becomes like idolatry Because: 👉 We are taking God’s portion and using it for ourselves Dear beloved, ✔️ Be sure to give what you must give ✔️ Honor God’s portion as holy ✔️ Walk in obedience 👉 Give to God what belongs to God… Amen Prayer: Lord, help me not to hold back or hide Your portion from what You have given me, but to offer it faithfully.
