Urgent Appeal for Justice and Prayer – Nankana Incident Dear Brothers/Sisters, Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am writing with a heavy heart regarding a deeply tragic and disturbing incident reported from Village Wali Pur Bora, District Nankana. A young innocent Christian girl has been subjected to a brutal act of gang rape. This crime is not only انتہائی قابلِ مذمت but also a grave violation of human dignity and justice. The Holy Bible teaches us: “The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.” (Psalm 9:9) and “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.” (Proverbs 31:8) In light of God’s Word, we strongly condemn this ظلم and stand in solidarity with the victim and her family. We humbly but firmly request the concerned authorities to take immediate and serious action—arrest the perpetrators without delay and ensure they receive strict punishment according to the law, so that justice may prevail and such evil acts may be prevented in the future. We also call upon all believers and people of conscience to unite in prayer: “O Heavenly Father, we bring this innocent child before You. Please cover her with Your healing and peace. Restore her broken heart, strengthen her family, and let Your justice flow like a river. Expose every ظلم, and let truth and righteousness prevail. Give us courage to stand for what is right and to be a voice for the voiceless. In Jesus’ name, Amen.” This is not just the pain of one family—it is the pain of humanity.
