So she became his wife, and he loved her; and Isaac was comforted after his mother’s death.” (Genesis 24:67) Message: In this verse, we see not only love but also how a complete family life should be. 🔹 Isaac’s Responsibilities as a Husband: Even after losing his mother Sarah, he took responsibility to sustain the family. He respectfully brought Rebekah into his tent and gave her a rightful place. He accepted new responsibilities in his life and led his family forward. 🔹 Family Values: Respect: Giving respect to the wife is the strong foundation of a family. Responsibility: A husband should be the leader, protector, and provider of the family. Support: Standing for one another strengthens the family bond. Comfort: A family should be a place of emotional support and peace. 🔹 Love + Responsibility = Complete Family Love alone is not enough; responsibility is also necessary.
