No matter how bad things seem to be there is always something the Praise The Lord for.

Today it has taken me 3 hours to crawl out of bed. Another 2 to make bed, get dressed, and put away dialysis stuff. I am too exhausted to go to church.

Yet I can still Praise The Lord for being here yet another day. Praise The Lord for another beautiful day. Praise the Lord for my mother. Praise The Lord for my friends.

So, no matter how bad things seem, you can ALWAYS find something to Praise The Lord For!.
