Good morning to everyone. Grace and Peace be with you.

Another wonderful day. Yesterday was beautiful. The doctor visit was positive and fruitful. I witnessed my husband calm my mother’s confusion. (She was just having a day…nothing major.) As I ran an errand, the two had what my husband described as the best visit. They used to have breakfast together once or twice a month; he misses that. I was blessed with the starter of a competition piece with some very interesting requirements. Followed up with a very sound night’s sleep.

This morning’s brilliance shining through the window tells me that today is going to be just as beautiful. Spring is here…coming in like a lion on steroids. That wind the last few days has been quite mighty. Looking out my window, it appears that the wind, also, is waking up. Not sure the potency or expectation, but it reminds me of a song … Winds of Change.

That is how my life feels these days. Powerful forward motion from a standstill. Instant propulsion, but … steady. I am sure that there is a pitfall of some sort ahead of me. That’s okay. I will deal with that as it comes, understanding the limits of what I can control now, and what I will potentially face … helps me keep my focus where it needs to be. I will gain nothing but a headache if I look for the pitfalls daily and wonder if ‘that was it’. I choose to take one day at a time. One situation at a time. One project at a time. One conversation at a time.

Today is a grateful day. Today is a day of thanksgiving. Today I will walk in his wonderfulness and embrace the peace. I want my peace tank overflowing when the pitfall does happen. I want so much peace in the reserves that it will manifest quickly when I need it most. The way to get that reserve, spend time in His presence, on His lap, with your head on His chest, listening to His loving heartbeat. Find the time. Join me in this journey. His lap is welcoming you as well.

Be blessed.

**And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me-holy is his name.” – Luke 1:46-49
