Friends, the news we are reading today is like we are reading direct from the books of Daniel and Revelation! We are living in incredible times! The tools are being put in place right now ready for the enforcement of the mark of the beast and the 'no buying and selling' (Rev.13:17).This should cause every one of us to stop and think ... Do I have the truth of Christ in my life? Am I truly following Christ alone, or am I following the crowd?
What did Jesus say about taking sides in this world? "My kingdom is NOT of this world" (John 18:36). We are not to take any side in this world. There is only one way to not be deceived by the world - to have A LOVE FOR THE TRUTH( See 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12).
A time is coming soon my brothers and sisters that if we remain faithful to God and His law, we will not be able to buy or sell any longer as Revelation 13 confirms. WHY? Because we are keeping the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus Christ( Rev 14:12). THIS IS THE ANSWER to the mark of the beast deception! The keeping of the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
So there are two things we must focus on now. One is FAITH and the other is to be a good steward of the money God has given us. While money will fail us, true faith in the Lord Jesus Christ will NEVER fail us, so we need to be cultivating a true faith and character that will stand the test coming upon the world soon.
Jesus Himself is the truth (John 14:6) and God's law is the truth (Psalm 119:142). So if we don't have a love for truth or God's law, then we don't have a love for Jesus. The churches are not the way to the Father, Jesus and His truth is. NOTHING in this world is the way to the Father. Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God is the ONLY way to God and eternal life.
Trust Jesus. Follow Jesus. LOVE His truth. Be open to allow the Holy Spirit to teach you truth, and when it comes your way - LIVE BY IT. NEVER lay down the sword of the Spirit I say again NEVER. Then you will be guarded against the final delusion that God is going to allow to take place before Jesus returns!!!
