During the tribulation, a man will be born who will appear as Satan incarnate. He will be killed and resurrected and will claim to be God. We know him as the Antichrist. In the Old Testament, he is known as the Assyrian (Isaiah 10, 30), King of Babylon (Isaiah 14), Lucifer (Isaiah 14), the Little Horn (Daniel 7–8), King of Fierce Countenance (Daniel 8, the Prince that shall come (Daniel Chapter 9), and Willful King (Daniel 11).
In the New Testament, we find him called the Antichrist (1 John 2), Man of Sin, the Son of Perdition, the Lawless One, and the Wicked One (2 Thessalonians 2).
