What if I told you God has never failed once not even one time?
In a world where promises are broken, words are taken lightly, and people change their minds, it can be hard to fully trust anything, or anyone. But there is One whose track record is flawless. The Bible says in Joshua 21:45, “There failed not ought of any good thing which the Lord had spoken…”
Not some, not most, not even one. That means every word God has ever spoken has come to pass. Every promise He made, He fulfilled. Every declaration He released stood firm, regardless of time, opposition, or human doubt. Think about that.
God is not limited by delays. He is not confused by circumstances. He is not intimidated by impossibilities. What He says, He stands by. What He starts, He completes.
So if it feels like your life is not aligning with His promises, it doesn’t mean God has failed, it means the story is not finished yet.
The same God who brought Israel into their promised land. The same God who kept His covenant through generations. The same God whose word never returned void. He is still working. Maybe the promise feels far. Maybe the wait feels long. Maybe the situation looks the opposite of what was spoken. But remember this: delay is not denial, and silence is not absence. If God said it, He will do it.
Your responsibility is not to figure out how, it is to believe, to stand, and to hold on. Because one day, just like it was written in Joshua, you will look back and say:
“Not one word God spoke over my life failed.”
