She had a name! We live in a world that's more comfortable addressing us by our past conditions instead of our present position. Jesus had made her whole, but those that saw her condition simply called her, "The woman with the issue of blood". When He embraces us in salvation, we're made anew. Our past isn't what defines us but a landmark of God’s deliverance. The world will cling onto the old you because that makes them comfortable, but we need to live in the newness we've received.
