The Spirit of God is heavily indicting a modern Church that has forgotten its identity. We have believers sitting in the pews, crying, begging, and negotiating with demons, completely ignorant of the badge of authority they wear!
​Demons are laughing at your tears. They are not intimidated by your religious vocabulary. They do not care how loud you scream. The kingdom of darkness only bows to ONE thing: AUTHORITY. ​Jesus did not leave us as orphans to be bullied by the devil. He looked at His disciples and declared in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." ​ 2. "...to trample on serpents and scorpions..." (The Demonic Hierarchies)
Jesus was not talking about a trip to the zoo. He was identifying the tactical operations of demonic hierarchies.
​Serpents: These represent spirits of deception, manipulation, and subtle poison. The serpent operates in the grass—hidden agendas, whispering lies, and distorting the Word of God. (Genesis 3:1)
​Scorpions: These represent spirits of sudden, agonizing, and paralyzing attacks. A scorpion strike brings immediate pain, representing sudden financial ruin, unexpected sickness, or sharp marital strife.
​The Reality: Whether the enemy comes subtly like a snake or suddenly like a scorpion, your mandate is not to run from them. Your mandate is to TRAMPLE them under your feet! (Romans 16:20)

Notice Jesus did not say some power. He said ALL power!
​The Indictment: Stop exalting the devil's power over God's authority! Generational curses, witchcraft, territorial spirits, and familiar spirits all fall under the category of "the power of the enemy." There is no demon in hell with a high enough rank to override the Name of Jesus Christ! (Philippians 2:9-11)

This is the clause of divine protection. When you step into your identity as a true labourer and enforce the Kingdom, you walk in a bubble of divine immunity. (Psalm 91:7)
​ PRACTICAL WARFARE: WHY DEMONS MUST OBEY YOU
​Why do some believers quote Luke 10:19, yet the demon stays? Because demons can smell an identity crisis.
​In Acts 19:15, the evil spirit answered the seven sons of Sceva, saying, "Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?" They had the right vocabulary, but they lacked the authentic, relational authority.
