Heavenly Father, on this Thankful Thursday morning, I come before you with a heart full of gratitude. Thank you for allowing me to witness another year of life, as I celebrate my 56th birthday. I am grateful for the blessing of family and friends, who bring love and joy into my life. Thank you for the gift of good health and a sound mind, enabling me to serve you and others.

Lord, I am also thankful for the provision of employment that sustains me and my loved ones. Thank you for being with us through all the trials and tribulations, giving us strength and courage to persevere. Help us to keep moving forward in you, Jesus, trusting in your plans and purposes for our lives.

As we start this day, may we always have a heart of thankfulness and gratitude towards you. May we never take your blessings for granted, and may we always remember to thank you for everything in our lives. Thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus Holy Name, I pray. Amen.
